Ralph Wettach studied Hotel and Tourism Management in the renowned Modul University or ‘hotel school’ as it is colloquially known, in Vienna, Austria. From there his love of food grew, and became his true passion. His quest for international cooking took him to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and now London. Where he managed numerous kitchens, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Run teams, large and small. Created menus and invented new recipes. Throughout his career, Ralph’s expertise has been in high demand. His expertise is frequently sought to inform the business decisions and culinary direction for many colleagues. He is delighted to offer this service to help others. Markets & Events
In 2008, Ralph launched his handmade products at local Surrey farmers’ markets, where he could connect directly with customers and gather feedback. His range grew from a few items to over 50 unique products, gaining attention for their luxury taste, individual craftsmanship, and sophisticated presentation.
Ralph’s participates in various UK events, which will once again include the largest food festival in Surrey, the Farnham Food Festival, this year on 28th September.
What began as a small market venture has grown into a successful business, with Ralph’s dedication to quality.
Ralph can still be found at some farmers markets, where you can ask him about ingredients, production and ask his advice on food pairings. Join us at the following events:
