Ralph Wettach studied Hotel and Tourism Management in the renowned Modul University or ‘hotel school’ as it is colloquially known, in Vienna, Austria. From there his love of food grew, and became his true passion. His quest for international cooking took him to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and now London. Where he managed numerous kitchens, restaurants, cafes, and bars; run teams, large and small; created menus and invented new recipes. Throughout his career, Ralph’s expertise has been in high demand. His expertise is frequently sought to inform the business decisions and culinary direction for many colleagues. He is delighted to offer this service to help others.
